When you type a name, location, or other term into a search box, the query is sent to the independent provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s policy applies to its receipt and use of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact method offered by the site, we keep the message and reply details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Visitors Younger Than Eighteen
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contacts page to request review and deletion.

These requests do not control records held by Rockbridge Regional Jail, VADOC, courts, search partners, or other third parties. Contact the holder of that data under its own process.
